.....Its probably where she installed it.
She might have to redownload it and try putting it somewhere such as the Local Disk C:
and try running as administrator?..

-EDIT- It's still saying the same thing and she redownloaded the game, moved it to Local Disk C: put the file in it and everything and it gives her the same error ;c

You need DirectX this error is coming up bc your friend has not installed it. That is for the second error. The first error is caused, or for me, was caused bc i was trying to use OpenGL rendering system, and not directX, switch to directX after you install directX. www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 |

tell her to download this file : www.mediafire.com/?cpl7mfi800xi4gm after she downloaded it she only needs to put it into the "game" folder of Bloodline. it should work then hope that helped, if not then I really don't know :/ |

The first one, is a dll missing..just simply looking up "Missing -dll name-" will work.
the second, its just the wrong rendering system. if its OpenGJ rendering system, change it to the other and vice versa.
